About Us

Welcome to the Fowler Center at Arkansas State University, dominating the arts scene in northeast Arkansas and beyond. Our professional programming includes the Fowler Center Series, which has featured a diverse selection of internationally acclaimed performers such as Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, Ladysmith Black Mamboza, Maynard Ferguson, the Peking Acrobats, Rockapella, the Vienna Boys Choir, Mark O'Connor, Paul Galbraith, the Three Irish Tenors and the King Singers, among others. We are also home to the Liberty Bank distinguished Lecture Series, which has brought President William Jefferson Clinton and General Colin L. Powell to our stage.

The Bradbury Gallery features changing exhibitions of contemporary art in all mediums. Regionally, nationally and internationally recognized artists are represented to inform our viewers of cultural developments across the US and around the world. The Bradbury Gallery is also the site of the Delta National Small Prints Exhibition, a nationally recognized juried print show. Twice yearly, the gallery features the work by graduating seniors from the ASU Department of Art.

We also host the ASU Department of Theatre plays and the Department of music concerts, as well as the Senior Art shows and many community events such as the All Region Band and Choir Festivals, Spring concerts by many of our area Junior and Senior High Schools, and special events such as a 9/11 benefit concert and a Hurricane Katrina benefit concert. Finally, we are home to many private dinners, parties and receptions.
